Below are some shots of a couple of our timber framed cabins and (1) two bedroom, one bath home. These are places that will never be forgotten by anyone who visits them.
Perhaps you would like your porch, or the entrance to your home or business boasting the proud rugged Adirondack look of logs and timbers.
From these entrances to the two bedroom home, all parts and pieces are carefully crafted at the Woodlot and assembled on site. With careful measurements and layout all mortise and tenon joints, posts and rafters are cut and tuned. Then it is time for the “raising”.
Here you can see Abraham climbing to the peak to hang “the tree”. This is done to pay homage to the wood for a safe and successful raising.
